Our Process

Day 1

Conduct introductory call with the seller

  • Provide seller with background information on AIC Ventures, track record, and capabilities
  • Address seller questions

Day 3-5

Conduct underwriting

  • Evaluate the tenant financials, real estate asset and market
  • Issue and finalize fully underwritten, investment-committee approved offer

 

Day 30

Begin closing process

  • Finalize contract, if applicable
  • Receive and process real estate diligence
  • Finalize lease, if applicable
