We create private Real Estate Investment Trusts to make investments in single tenant, net leased office and industrial real estate in the United States. The NL Ventures Funds are constructed with a diversified pool of assets creating a balanced portfolio.

The investment period is planned for three to five years. The General Partner maintains conservative investment criteria to make disciplined decisions with a sterling acquisition track record.

Investors are attracted to the "bond-type" income stream we create and the capital appreciation we have proven through seven prior funds. Our funds accept a wide variety of accredited investor types including individual and joint investments, trusts, foundations, endowments, employee benefit plans and IRAs.
